- “Don’t know what they need to know” – Visitors may think they need one thing, but after some research, realize they need a different solution. - Re-finding – Returning users may want to go back to products or information they’ve seen on your site. If a visitor has an account and is in a logged-in state, you can allow them to retrieve browsing history or “favorite” an item for future reference.
