Starting July 1, 2026, the old exclusivity model is gone. All authors move to a flat 50% revenue share, and exclusive vs non-exclusive accounts disappear entirely.
As someone who sold on CodeCanyon for over a decade, I wanted to share my honest thoughts.
CodeCanyon changed my life. It helped me build CodeRevolution, go full-time, and support my family. So this video is not an attack on Envato.
But let’s be honest – the marketplace world has changed a lot.
