It has been another difficult summer for Manchester United fans as the days of Sir Alex Ferguson\u2019s Premier League domination have long been over, and for most in the Red Devil\u2019s fanbase, they will continue to be disgusted with their 15th place finish last term, and the European defeat to Tottenham Hotspur and a sacked manager, but quietly optimistic with the business that\u00a0Ruben Amorim<\/a>\u00a0has done so far during the 2025\/26 summer transfer window.<\/p>\n

Whatever fans may feel about \u2018attitude problems\u2019 and how many sales are being driven by Sir Jim Ratcliffe\u2019s \u2018panic, we are going out of business quickly\u2019 media routines, well known names continue to move on and the Old Trafford outfit have spent big on Wolverhampton Wanderers\u2019 Matheus Cunha, and Brentford\u2019s Bryan Mbeumo and with well over \u00a3100 million already spent, it seems the side are not done yet as they attempt to recapture former glories.<\/p>\n

At the time of writing it is said RB Leipzig talent Benjamin Sesko has travelled for his medical ahead of the 22 year old striker completing a \u00a373.8 million transfer and given the clamour for his signature this summer, United fans may feel like they have won the jackpot at a\u00a0btc casino<\/a>\u00a0if they can get this one over the line prior to the big Premier League kick off taking place next weekend.<\/p>\n

Whilst incomings continue to bubble on in the background on the speculation rumour mill, it seems that the Reds are not yet done with potential departures this summer if the press are to be believed, and obviously 21 year old Argentine talent Alejandro Garnacho feels like he could be the next one out.<\/p>\n

The youngster has had a mixed time of late after being incredibly highly rated and getting good game time, but he just has not mixed well with Ruben Amorim and the behind the scenes disquiet has actually been quite public for a number of months now. It was believed that a deal with Chelsea would be done during the last January transfer window and the player was supremely confident that this would happen, but nothing came of the speculation. Since then Garnacho has been told to find another club by their manager and in came in the aftermath of their Europa League final defeat to Spurs back in May, and there has also been a certain social media photo that has done the rounds that many felt was his support of Marcus Rashford given his own problems with his boyhood club.<\/p>\n

He has been involved in their post season tour of Asia, but his detached figure and unhappy body language stood out for many, so it has long been expected that he would finally move on this summer. From United\u2019s perspective having signed him as a 16 year old from Atletico Madrid, as a home grown player he would book significant Profit and Sustainability Rules jam financially, but it remains to be seen whether the valuation of \u00a360 million would be met for a player who wants out, but equally, is seemingly wanted out of the first team.<\/p>\n

Chelsea<\/a>\u00a0continue to be the favourites here, but with it suggested that a line of communication has been kept open since the New Year, the Stamford Bridge outfit are aware of their ridiculous spending and the fervour for sales, and are hoping to strike a deal given he has again been left out of the pre season tour of the United States and the club actually delayed his pre season return in the hopes it would help grease a deal.<\/p>\n

He is now training in the proverbial \u2018bomb squad\u2019 and away from Amorim\u2019s first team squad, but whilst their gaffer plays the victim saying things like \u2018You can see he is talent, a really talented boy. But I have a feeling it\u2019s clear Garnacho wants a different thing with a different leadership\u2019 \u2013 United\u2019s negotiation standpoint here (particularly if Sir Jim is right that they are going broke) is hardly in the realms of Eric Cantona, it is more Eric Djemba-Djemba.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
