Manchester City clashed heads with Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to earn a good result on their travels in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola\u2019s men made a great start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 34th minute when Erling Haaland scored from close range. Tijjani Reijnders doubled his side\u2019s advantage just three minutes later as the Mancunian outfit went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Haaland killed the game off in the 61st minute when he scored again for Man City. Rayan Cherki came off the bench and found the back of the net in the 81st minute as Guardiola\u2019s men ran away with a dominant 4-0 win on the day.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Manchester City<\/a> player fared during the clash against Wolves.<\/p>\n

GK: James Trafford \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a few solid saves at the back and would be quite pleased with the clean sheet.<\/p>\n

RB: Rico Lewis \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lewis performed his defensive duties well and managed to secure an assist as well.<\/p>\n

CB: John Stones \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He kept things solid at the back and did enough to keep a clean sheet this evening.<\/p>\n

CB: Ruben Dias \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dias cleared the danger when needed and was accurate with his passing.<\/p>\n

LB: Rayan Ait-Nouri \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He hardly put a foot wrong defensively and had a good game going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Tijjani Reijnders \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reijnders caused a lot of problems for the Wolves defenders and has got a goal and an assist to show for his efforts.<\/p>\n

CM: Nico Gonzalez \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

CM: Bernardo Silva \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Silva created a handful of decent chances for his teammates and came back to defend when needed.<\/p>\n

RW: Oscar Bobb \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caught the eye at times on the right wing and ended the game with an assist to his name.<\/p>\n

ST: Erling Haaland \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Haaland was a real handful for the opposition centre-backs and managed to score a brace today to help his team secure a convincing win on the road.<\/p>\n

LW: Jeremy Doku \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made one good run with the ball, but never looked like he would score.<\/p>\n

CM: Nico O\u2019Reilly \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He added more control to Guardiola\u2019s midfield.<\/p>\n

RB: Matheus Nunes \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nunes was solid at the back.<\/p>\n

ST: Omar Marmoush \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He failed to threaten the opponent\u2019s goal.<\/p>\n
