Leeds United clashed heads with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to earn a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Whites made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 34th minute when Jurrien Timber found the back of the net. Bukayo Saka doubled Arsenal\u2019s advantage in the first half injury-time as Daniel Farke\u2019s men went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Viktor Gyokeres got his name on the scoresheet in the 48th minute before Timber scored again in the 56th minute. Gyokeres added another goal from the penalty spot late in the game as Leeds United crashed to a poor 5-0 loss away from home.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Leeds United<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Gunners.<\/p>\n

GK: Lucas Perri \u2013 4.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perri failed to make a save in the game and conceded five goals this evening.<\/p>\n

RB: Jayden Bogle \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He did his fair share of defending inside his half, but it was not enough.<\/p>\n

CB: Joe Rodon \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rodon made a lot of important clearances at the back but failed to keep things solid defensively.<\/p>\n

CB: Pascal Struijk \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He cleared his lines when he could, but won\u2019t be pleased after shipping in five goals today.<\/p>\n

LB: Gabriel Gudmundsson \u2013 5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He failed to keep Saka quiet and offered very little in the final third.<\/p>\n

CM: Ao Tanaka \u2013 5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tanaka failed to get a foothold in the game and struggled to get going in the opponent\u2019s half.<\/p>\n

CM: Ilia Gruev \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gruev made one important interception but was far from convincing at the centre of the park.<\/p>\n

CM: Anton Stach \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a few inviting chances in the final third but struggled to protect his backline.<\/p>\n

RW: Daniel James \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

James tried to make things happen, but lacked quality in the final third.<\/p>\n

ST: Joel Piroe \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was marked out of the game by the Arsenal centre-backs and was replaced just before the hour mark.<\/p>\n

LW: Wilfried Gnonto \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gnonto failed to threaten the Arsenal goal and was substituted in the 65th minute.<\/p>\n

He failed to get into the flow of the game.<\/p>\n

Okafor never looked like he would score.<\/p>\n
