In a recent report<\/a>, Fichajes stated that Real Madrid are determined to land Como playmaker Nico Paz next year. It is understood that Los Blancos are eager to bring the Argentine attacker back to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in 2026.<\/p>\n

Paz\u2019s Impressive Form In Italian Football<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Paz enjoyed a decent run of form at the Italian club in the previous campaign when he put in a string of impressive displays for them in the final third. The Argentine talent was involved in 35 matches for Como last season, scoring six times and earning nine assists across all fronts.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old gave a good account of himself in the opposition half by averaging 3.84 shots per 90 minutes in Serie A<\/a>. He kept 27.3% of his attempts on target. Paz even distributed the ball relatively well after completing 80.6% of his attempted passes in top-flight football (stats via fbref.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

His current contract at the Italian club will expire in the summer of 2028. Hence, Real Madrid would have to make a convincing offer if they are serious about recruiting Paz next year.<\/p>\n

What Will Paz Add To Real Madrid Boss Xabi Alonso\u2019s Side?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Paz excels at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the vision to create a few promising chances for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.<\/p>\n

The Argentine talent is primarily an attacking midfielder, but can also play as a box-to-box midfielder or as a striker if asked to do so. He already knows the Madrid club well from his time as a youth player and won\u2019t take much time to adjust to life in La Liga<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Paz would add more quality and depth to Real Madrid<\/a> boss Xabi Alonso\u2019s frontline in the long run. He is good enough to fight for a regular first-team spot at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in the coming years. Furthermore, the gifted playmaker could help the Madrid outfit compete for some major honours over the next decade.<\/p>\n
