This link shows how the two clubs are chasing similar targets. Juventus\u2019 proposal looks tempting on paper, but it should not really tempt the Magpies. Koopmeiners, though talented, failed to impress after joining from Atalanta in 2024. His form dropped, and people in Turin now consider him expendable.<\/p>\n

Tonali\u2019s stance, however, might crush Juventus\u2019 plan before it gains momentum. Reports<\/a> claim he prefers staying at Newcastle United, and that choice could ruin Juventus\u2019 hopes.<\/p>\n

As Newcastle assess their options, they keep scanning Europe\u2019s talent market. Scouts continue to watch Atletico Madrid striker Alexander S\u00f8rloth as they evaluate his fit for Eddie Howe\u2019s evolving attacking system<\/em>.<\/a> Yet, no matter how many players they track, losing Tonali could shake a team still defining its long-term identity under Howe.<\/p>\n

A huge offer from Juventus could ease those pressures, but selling him would strip the team of a leader. Tonali\u2019s contract runs until 2028, yet Newcastle must act soon to extend it before others move in.<\/p>\n

The new sporting director, Ross Wilson, will lead those talks. He needs to keep Tonali the top priority. If the Magpies sell him, then it would reflect short-sighted thinking. At 25, he provides both strength and promise.<\/p>\n
