Manchester City entertained Everton at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola\u2019s men made a good start to the game, but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.<\/p>\n

Erling Haaland scored a quick-fire brace early in the second half as Man City cruised to a solid 2-0 win at the Etihad.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Manchester City<\/a> player fared during the game against the Toffees.<\/p>\n

GK: Gianluigi Donnarumma \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made one good save at the back and secured an important clean sheet at home.<\/p>\n

RB: Matheus Nunes \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nunes performed his defensive duties well and was a threat going forward.<\/p>\n

CB: Ruben Dias \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a rock at the back and was accurate with his ball distribution.<\/p>\n

CB: Nathan Ake \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ake put his foot through the ball when required and was a strong presence in the air.<\/p>\n

LB: Nico O\u2019Reilly \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was solid when defending inside his half and managed to earn an assist as well.<\/p>\n

CDM: Nico Gonzalez \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gonzalez was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

RW: Savio \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a constant menace in the final third and has got an assist to show for his efforts.<\/p>\n

CM: Tijjani Reijnders \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reijnders caught the eye at times, but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

CM: Phil Foden \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a constant menace in the final third but failed to register a goal.<\/p>\n

LW: Jeremy Doku \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Doku caused a lot of headaches for his marker but lacked the cutting edge in front of the Everton goal.<\/p>\n

ST: Erling Haaland \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Haaland was a real handful for the opposition defenders and did well to score a quick-fire brace in the second half to help Man City earn another important win at the Etihad.<\/p>\n

He caught the eye at times on the right flank.<\/p>\n

CM: Bernardo Silva \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Silva was a constant menace in the final third, but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n
