Leeds United welcomed West Ham United at Elland Road earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. The Whites made a great start to the game as they scored the opening goal in the third minute thanks to Brenden Aaronson\u2019s effort. Joe Rodon doubled Leeds\u2019 advantage in the 15th minute when he got his name on the scoresheet. Daniel Farke\u2019s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Mateus Fernandes got a goal back for the Hammers in the 90th minute, but Leeds United ended up earning a hard-fought 2-1 win at Elland Road.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Leeds United<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Hammers.<\/p>\n

GK: Lucas Perri \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a couple of solid saves at the back, but won\u2019t be pleased after conceding a late goal.<\/p>\n

RB: Jayden Bogle \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bogle performed his defensive duties well and was lively going forward.<\/p>\n

CB: Joe Rodon \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He cleared the danger when he could and was good on the ball. He deserves credit for doubling Leeds\u2019 advantage in the 15th minute.<\/p>\n

CB: Jaka Bijol \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bijol was a rock at the back and made one good chance in the opponent\u2019s half.<\/p>\n

LB: Gabriel Gudmundsson \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He earned the ball back twice and was replaced in the 43rd minute.<\/p>\n

CM: Sean Longstaff \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Longstaff got stuck in with some solid tackles and ended the game with an assist to his name.<\/p>\n

CM: Ethan Ampadu \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

CM: Ao Tanaka \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tanaka earned possession back once for his team at the centre of the park, but offered very little going forward.<\/p>\n

RW: Brenden Aaronson \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He did well to score early in the game and was a constant menace in the final third.<\/p>\n

ST: Dominic Calvert-Lewin \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calvert-Lewin caught the eye at times, but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

LW: Noah Okafor \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He manged to shine at times in the first half and was replaced at half-time.<\/p>\n

LB: James Justin \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He kept things solid at the back.<\/p>\n

LW: Jack Harrison \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Harrison was not shy of having a strike at goal.<\/p>\n

CM: Ilia Gruev \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

His impact on the game was minimal.<\/p>\n
