Manchester City welcomed Bournemouth at the Etihad Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola\u2019s men made a good start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 17th minute thanks to Erling Haaland\u2019s finish. However, Tyler Adams equalised for the visitors just eight minutes later.<\/p>\n

Haaland scored again for Man City in the 33rd minute as the Mancunian giants went into the half-time break 2-1 up on the scoreline. Nico O\u2019Reilly put his team 3-1 ahead at the hour mark as Man City cruised to an impressive 3-1 win at the Etihad.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Manchester City<\/a> player performed during the clash against the Cherries.<\/p>\n

GK: Gianluigi Donnarumma \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a few important saves at the back but failed to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

RB: Matheus Nunes \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nunes performed his defensive duties well and made a few impressive runs with the ball.<\/p>\n

CB: Ruben Dias \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He cleared the danger when required and did enough to limit the opposition to just one goal.<\/p>\n

CB: Josko Gvardiol \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gvardiol put his foot through the ball when he could and was accurate with his passing.<\/p>\n

LB: Nico O\u2019Reilly \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

O\u2019Reilly was a positive influence at both ends of the field and would be quite pleased after scoring in the 60th minute.<\/p>\n

CM: Bernardo Silva \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He worked hard defensively but lacked quality in the final third.<\/p>\n

CM: Nico Gonzalez \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gonzalez anchored the midfield with conviction and made one decent chance going forward.<\/p>\n

RW: Rayan Cherki \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a constant menace in the final third and has got a couple of assists to show for his efforts.<\/p>\n

CAM: Phil Foden \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Foden engineered a few promising chances for his teammates to score and ended the game with an assist to his name.<\/p>\n

LW: Jeremy Doku \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caused all sorts of problems for the opposition defenders but failed to register a goal.<\/p>\n

ST: Erling Haaland \u2013 9\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Haaland was a constant threat up top and managed to score a brace to help Man City secure another important win this evening.<\/p>\n

His impact on the game was minimal.<\/p>\n
