Tottenham Hotspur entertained Manchester United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. Spurs made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 32nd minute when Bryan Mbeumo found the back of the net. Thomas Frank\u2019s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Mathys Tel managed to equalise for the North London club in the 84th minute before Richarlison completed the turnaround just seven minutes later. However, Matthijs de Ligt scored a late equaliser for the visitors as Tottenham had to settle for a lackluster 2-2 draw in front of their home fans.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Tottenham<\/a> player performed during the clash against the Red Devils.<\/p>\n

GK: Guglielmo Vicario \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vicario failed to make a save in the game and conceded twice this afternoon.<\/p>\n

RB: Pedro Porro \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He performed his defensive duties well, but struggled to influence the game going forward.<\/p>\n

CB: Cristian Romero \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Romero cleared the danger when he could and was a good presence on the ball.<\/p>\n

CB: Micky van de Ven \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Van de Ven did his fair share of defending, but it was not enough for Spurs to get the win.<\/p>\n

LB: Djed Spence \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He came back to defend when needed, but failed to influence the game in the Man United half.<\/p>\n

CM: Joao Palhinha \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Palhinha anchored the midfield well but lacked quality going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Pape Matar Sarr \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He put in a hard-working performance at the centre of the park but failed to make a difference with the ball.<\/p>\n

RW: Brennan Johnson \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Johnson caught the eye at times on the right flank, but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

CAM: Xavi Simons \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made one positive run with the ball, but never looked like he would score.<\/p>\n

LW: Richarlison \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Richarlison was not shy of having a strike at goal and managed to put Tottenham ahead with an improvised finish in injury time.<\/p>\n

ST: Randal Kolo Muani \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He struggled to get into the flow of the game and was replaced at half-time.<\/p>\n

ST: Wilson Odobert \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Odobert managed to shine in the second half and has got an assist to show for his efforts.<\/p>\n

He was positive on the ball and ended the game with an assist to his name.<\/p>\n
