In a recent report<\/a>, The Sun mentioned that Manchester United are keeping tabs on Hertha Berlin midfielder Kennet Eichhorn. It is understood that the Red Devils would have to rival Arsenal in the race to sign the German talent next year.<\/p>\n

Eichhorn\u2019s Impressive Rise In German Football<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Eichhorn has come through the youth ranks of Hertha Berlin and has done well to establish himself as an important member of their senior team. The 16-year-old has already made ten senior appearances for the German club so far across all fronts.<\/p>\n

The German whizkid is currently among the best young midfielders in his homeland. Thus, it is no surprise that Man United are monitoring his progress at the Berlin-based club.<\/p>\n

However, Eichhorn is still quite raw and would need time to prove his worth in the Premier League if the Red Devils manage to acquire his services next year.<\/p>\n

Manchester United Are Keeping Tabs On Eichhorn: Is He A Prospect For The Future?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Eichhorn is a solid tackler of the ball and can sense the danger well to earn possession back for his team inside his half. He usually puts his foot through the ball when required and is a tidy passer of the ball as well.<\/p>\n

The German sensation is primarily a defensive midfielder, but can also fill in as a box-to-box midfielder if asked to do so by his manager. However, he would need some time to adapt to the physical side and high intensity of the Premier League<\/a> if the Red Devils manage to snap him up in 2026.<\/p>\n

Eichhorn would no doubt add a lot of quality to Man United<\/a>\u2018s academy. He is good enough to break into their first team in the future. The German prospect would be a great long-term signing for the Red Devils, so Ruben Amorim would be wise to step up his efforts to bring him to Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

At 16, Eichhorn has got a bright future ahead of him as long as he continues to improve with each season.
