In a recent report<\/a>, Fichajes claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are showing interest in Real Madrid<\/a> talent Rodrygo. It has been stated that Spurs are willing to make an \u20ac80m move to sign the Brazilian winger next year.<\/p>\n

Rodrygo\u2019s Impressive Form In La Liga<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The 24-year-old has caught the eye with his performances for the Madrid giants this season. Rodrygo is still waiting to open his goal-scoring account for this campaign, but has done well to secure a couple of assists in 13 appearances for Los Blancos so far on all fronts.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian sensation deserves a ton of credit for averaging 3.45 shots per 90 minutes in La Liga<\/a>. He has kept 50% of his attempts on target. Rodrygo has also been tidy with his ball distribution after completing 83.2% of his attempted passes in league football (stats via fbref.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

His current contract at the Madrid club will run out in the summer of 2028. Thus, it won\u2019t be easy for Spurs to sign him on a cut-price deal next year.<\/p>\n

Will Rodrygo Be A Dream Option For Tottenham Hotspur Boss Thomas Frank?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Rodrygo has got the pace to cause a lot of headaches for his marker out in the wide areas. He has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates to find the back of the net and is a great dribbler with the ball as well.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian talent can chip in by scoring and creating a handful of important goals for his team. Rodrygo is primarily a right-winger but can also operate as a left-sided wide player or as a centre-forward if required. However, it remains to be seen whether he can maintain his good form in the Premier League<\/a> if Spurs manage to land him next year.<\/p>\n

Rodrygo would no doubt enhance the quality of Tottenham<\/a> boss Thomas Frank\u2019s attack. He is more than capable of earning a regular first-team spot at the North London club.<\/p>\n
