Arsenal faced off against Club Brugge at the Jan Breydel Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the UEFA Champions League. The Gunners made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 25th minute when Noni Madueke found the back of the net. The North London club went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Madueke doubled his team\u2019s advantage in the 47th minute before Gabriel Martinelli killed the game off in the 56th minute. The match ended with Mikel Arteta\u2019s men earning an impressive 3-0 win away from home.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Arsenal<\/a> player fared during the clash against Club Brugge.<\/p>\n

GK: David Raya \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Raya made a lot of crucial saves at the back and would be quite pleased with the clean sheet.<\/p>\n

RB: Ben White \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He cleared the danger when he could and was accurate with his passing.<\/p>\n

CB: Christian Norgaard \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Norgaard gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the pitch.<\/p>\n

CB: Piero Hincapie \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He earned possession back twice and was a threat at the other end of the field.<\/p>\n

LB: Myles Lewis-Skelly \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He came back to defend when needed and made two decent chances in the final third. Lewis-Skelly has got an assist to show for his efforts.<\/p>\n

CM: Martin Odegaard \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Odegaard caught the eye at times but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

CM: Martin Zubimendi \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He anchored the midfield with conviction and managed to create a lot of decent chances for others around him. Zubimendi ended the game with a couple of assists to his name.<\/p>\n

CM: Mikel Merino \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Merino was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.<\/p>\n

RW: Noni Madueke \u2013 9\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was always willing to have a strike at goal and managed to score two goals tonight to help Arsenal earn a convincing win on the road.<\/p>\n

ST: Viktor Gyokeres \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gyokeres was a real handful for the opposition defenders and was replaced after the hour mark.<\/p>\n

LW: Gabriel Martinelli \u2013 8.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a constant menace in the final third and managed to score in the 56th minute.<\/p>\n

ST: Gabriel Jesus \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a real menace in the final third.<\/p>\n

LB: Riccardo Calafiori \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calafiori made one good chance going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Ethan Nwaneri \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was not shy of having a strike at goal.<\/p>\n
