In a recent report, Fichajes<\/a> claimed that Manchester City<\/a> are preparing to move in for Newcastle United<\/a> star Tino Livramento. It has been stated that the Mancunian outfit are planning to make a \u20ac74m offer to acquire the services of the English full-back next year.<\/p>\n

Livramento\u2019s Impressive Form In English Football<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Livramento is having another solid campaign at the Tyneside club as he has put in a series of impressive displays for them on the defensive end of the pitch. The 23-year-old has registered one assist in 15 appearances for Newcastle this season across all fronts.<\/p>\n

The English talent performed his defensive duties well and deserves credit for making 19 tackles, nine blocks, five interceptions and 32 clearances in the Premier League<\/a>. He has even distributed the ball relatively well after completing 85.1% of his attempted passes in the top tier of English football (stats via fbref.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Will Livramento Be A Dream Option For Manchester City Boss Pep Guardiola?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Livramento is a good tackler of the ball and can time his challenges well to secure possession back for his side inside his half. He usually puts his foot through the ball when needed and can create the odd chance for his teammates from the right flank.<\/p>\n

The English sensation has got a wealth of experience in the Premier League and won\u2019t take much time to adjust to life at Manchester City. He is primarily a right-back but can also fill in as a left-back if asked to do so.<\/p>\n

We can expect Livramento to enhance the quality of Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola\u2019s attack. He is more than capable of earning a regular first-team spot at the Etihad Stadium in the coming years.<\/p>\n
