Chelsea entertained Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge earlier this evening as they looked to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. The Blues made a good start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 37th minute when Joao Pedro found the back of the net. Enzo Maresca\u2019s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Ollie Watkins scored a brace in the second half as Chelsea crashed to a tough 2-1 loss in front of their home fans.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Chelsea<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Villans.<\/p>\n

GK: Robert Sanchez \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sanchez made his fair share of saves during the game, but conceded twice in the second half.<\/p>\n

RB: Reece James \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He got stuck in with a lot of solid tackles and made some inviting chances going forward. James has got an assist to his name.<\/p>\n

CB: Trevoh Chalobah \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chalobah failed to keep things solid on the defensive end of the field.<\/p>\n

CB: Benoit Badiashile \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made his fair share of defending but struggled to impress in the second half.<\/p>\n

LB: Marc Cucurella \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He got stuck in with some solid tackles and made one good chance going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Enzo Fernandez \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fernandez was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

CM: Moises Caicedo \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caught the eye at times but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.<\/p>\n

RW: Pedro Neto \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Neto caused some problems for his marker but struggled to threaten the opponent\u2019s goal.<\/p>\n

CAM: Cole Palmer \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was not shy of having a strike at goal, but failed to take his chances.<\/p>\n

ST: Joao Pedro \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pedro caused some headaches for his marker and managed to score in the first half.<\/p>\n
