Leeds United faced off against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light earlier today as they looked to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Whites made a slow start to the contest and conceded the opening goal in the 28th minute when Simon Adingra found the back of the net. Daniel Farke\u2019s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Dominic Calvert-Lewin equalised for the Yorkshire club in the 47th minute as the match finished with Leeds securing a hard-fought 1-1 draw at the Stadium of Light.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Leeds United<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Black Cats.<\/p>\n

GK: Lucas Perri \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perri didn\u2019t have a save to make in the game but failed to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

CB: Joe Rodon \u2013 5.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a slow start to the game and had to be replaced in the 30th minute.<\/p>\n

CB: Jaka Bijol \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bijol put his foot through the ball when needed and was a strong presence in the air.<\/p>\n

CB: Pascal Struijk \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He cleared the danger when he could and made two decent chances going forward.<\/p>\n

RM: Jayden Bogle \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He came back to defend when required, but struggled to influence the game in the final third.<\/p>\n

CM: Brenden Aaronson \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aaronson made a lot of inviting chances for others around him and ended the game with an assist to his name.<\/p>\n

CM: Ethan Ampadu \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He anchored the midfield with conviction and was not shy of having a strike at goal.<\/p>\n

CM: Anton Stach \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stach was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

LM: Gabriel Gudmundsson \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He performed his defensive duties well and was lively in the final third.<\/p>\n

ST: Dominic Calvert-Lewin \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calvert-Lewin caught the eye at times and managed to score the equaliser early in the second half.<\/p>\n

He caused a few headaches for his marker but failed to register a goal this afternoon.<\/p>\n
