Leeds United faced off against Liverpool at Anfield earlier tonight as they focused on securing a good result at home in the Premier League. The Whites made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a 0-0 scoreline.<\/p>\n

The Yorkshire club controlled the game well in the second half and managed to secure a hard-fought 0-0 draw at Anfield.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Leeds United<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Reds.<\/p>\n

GK: Lucas Perri \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perri made a few solid saves at the back and did enough to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

CB: Sebastiaan Bornauw \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He performed his defensive duties well and was a strong presence in the air.<\/p>\n

CB: Jaka Bijol \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bijol put his foot through the ball when he could and did enough to limit the opposition from scoring tonight.<\/p>\n

CB: Pascal Struijk \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a lot of important clearances inside his half and was good on the ball.<\/p>\n

RM: James Justin \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Justin performed his defensive duties well, but lacked quality in the opponent\u2019s half.<\/p>\n

CM: Ilia Gruev \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He anchored the midfield well and made some decent runs with the ball.<\/p>\n

CM: Ethan Ampadu \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ampadu offered decent protection for his teammates at the back but lacked quality going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Anton Stach \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He came back to defend when he could and made one good chance in the final third.<\/p>\n

LM: Gabriel Gudmundsson \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gudmundsson was defensively solid and made a couple of impressive runs with the ball.<\/p>\n

ST: Brenden Aaronson \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He worked hard but failed to threaten the Liverpool goal. Aaronson was replaced in the 69th minute.<\/p>\n

ST: Lukas Nmecha \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nmecha was quiet for most of his time on the pitch and never looked like he would score.<\/p>\n

He failed to influence the game after coming on as a substitute.<\/p>\n
