Manchester City entertained Brighton and Hove Albion at the Etihad Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. The Mancunian club made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 41st minute when Erling Haaland scored from the penalty spot. Pep Guardiola\u2019s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Kaoru Mitoma equalised for the Seagulls at the hour mark as Man City were held to a lackluster 1-1 draw at the Etihad.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Manchester City<\/a> player performed during the match against the Seagulls.<\/p>\n

GK: Gianluigi Donnarumma \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a couple of solid saves at the back but failed to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

RB: Matheus Nunes \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nunes made some crucial interceptions when defending inside his half, but offered very little going forward.<\/p>\n

CB: Abdukodir Khusanov \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He did his fair share of defending but failed to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

CB: Max Alleyne \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alleyne gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the pitch and was a good presence on the ball.<\/p>\n

LB: Nathan Ake \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caught the eye at times on both halves.<\/p>\n

CDM: Nico Gonzalez \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gonzalez anchored the midfield with conviction but struggled to influence the game in the final third.<\/p>\n

RW: Bernardo Silva \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caught the eye at times on the right flank but failed to register a goal.<\/p>\n

CM: Tijjani Reijnders \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reijnders made some crucial interceptions inside his half and was not shy of having a strike at goal.<\/p>\n

CM: Phil Foden \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caused some headaches for his marker, but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

LM: Jeremy Doku \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Doku was a constant menace on the left wing and engineered some inviting chances for others around him.<\/p>\n
