Italian news outlet Tutto Juve<\/a> reports that Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur<\/a>, and Manchester City<\/a> are all keeping tabs on Brentford defender Michael Kayode. The Italian outlet says this info comes straight from their own sources, pointing to a lot of heat around the 21-year-old\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

These Premier League giants started circling after comments from Kayode\u2019s agent, Claudio Vigorelli, three months ago. He said a big move would be \u201cinevitable\u201d<\/a> if the fullback kept up his great form for the Bees.<\/p>\n

Kayode has been a hit at the Gtech Community Stadium since moving permanently from Fiorentina. Brentford paid roughly \u20ac17.5m<\/a> for him. It is a price tag that looks like a total steal now. Head Coach Keith Andrews clearly thinks the defender is vital, as he has picked him for every single league game this season.<\/p>\n

So, his performances have caught the eye of Europe\u2019s biggest clubs. Tutto Juve lists six teams in the hunt: the three English sides mentioned, plus Juventus, Inter Milan, and Bayern Munich. The report says all this interest proves the Italian have massive potential.<\/p>\n

Even so, Brentford are in a great spot to negotiate. They have Kayode under contract until 2030<\/a> and aren\u2019t looking to sell. That means any buyer will have to submit a massive offer to convince the West London club to let him go.<\/p>\n

Newcastle\u2019s interest in Kayode shows they want to plan for the future of their backline. Tino Livramento is great on the right, but Kieran Trippier<\/a> isn\u2019t getting any younger, so the Magpies have to look ahead. Eddie Howe expects a ton of energy from his fullbacks.<\/p>\n

He needs them to fly forward in attack while staying rock-solid in defence. Kayode fits that mould perfectly. The 21-year-old\u2019s physical strength and recovery pace help him own the right side of the pitch; something Howe loves for his fast-break style of play.<\/p>\n

Actually winning the race for him will be tough. Manchester City\u2019s deep pockets usually win out in these transfer battles, and the chance to work with their world-class coach is a huge draw. Plus, Tottenham\u2019s aggressive style would suit a player who loves to attack.<\/p>\n

That said, Newcastle United can offer him a direct path to the starting lineup, which City might not be able to promise right away. If the Magpies want a long-term fix at right-back, going after Kayode makes perfect sense.
