Barcelona faced off against Real Sociedad at the Reale Arena earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in La Liga. The Catalan giants made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 32nd minute thanks to Mikel Oyarzabal\u2019s finish. Barcelona went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Marcus Rashford equalised for Barcelona in the 70th minute. However, Goncalo Guedes restored Sociedad\u2019s lead just a minute later. Carlos Soler received a red card late in the game as Hansi Flick\u2019s men crashed to a tough 2-1 loss away from home.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Barcelona<\/a> player fared during the match against Real Sociedad.<\/p>\n

GK: Joan Garcia \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a couple of solid saves at the back but conceded twice tonight.<\/p>\n

RB: Jules Kounde \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kounde cleared the danger when he could, but was unfortunate to hit the post.<\/p>\n

CB: Pau Cubarsi \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He performed his defensive duties well, but it was not enough tonight.<\/p>\n

CB: Eric Garcia \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Garcia put his foot through the ball when needed, but still ended up conceding two goals tonight.<\/p>\n

LB: Alejandro Balde \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was lively going forward, but was far from convincing at the back.<\/p>\n

CM: Pedri \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pedri was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

CM: Frenkie de Jong \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He anchored the midfield well and made one good run with the ball.<\/p>\n

CM: Dani Olmo \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Olmo managed to shine at times in the final third but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

RW: Lamine Yamal \u2013 9.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a lot of dangerous runs with the ball but failed to register a goal.<\/p>\n

ST: Ferran Torres \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Torres was quiet for most of his time on the field and was replaced after the hour mark.<\/p>\n

LW: Fermin Lopez \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caused some headaches for his marker, but didn\u2019t do enough to register a goal.<\/p>\n
