With this interest, it\u2019s hard to see him staying at Goodison Park much longer. Everton are actively looking for fresh attacking reinforcements to strengthen a blunt forward line. However, the club hierarchy is dealing with a tough financial situation.<\/p>\n

They cannot bring in a replacement until they finalise a deal for Beto\u2019s departure. David Moyes reportedly gave the green light for the player to find a new employer. In doing so, he essentially admitted that the move has not worked out as planned.<\/p>\n

The push to sell Beto comes directly from Everton\u2019s struggles in front of goal. The team have scored only 24 goals in 22 Premier League matches this season, so far. That low return puts a massive amount of pressure on the defence. It also stops the squad from moving up the table. For these reasons, getting fresh blood in is essential for the rest of the campaign.<\/p>\n
