The teenager currently plays for Bar\u00e7a Atl\u00e8tic and the Under-19 side, yet he believes he is ready for senior football. The report reveals Newcastle United are pushing hardest for him. They have already started early talks to see if a deal is possible.<\/p>\n

Barcelona, however, are standing their ground. The club hierarchy thinks Fernandez will be a star and has blocked initial bids.
