Chelsea faced off against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a win on the road in their EFL Cup semi-final second leg contest. The Blues made a decent start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.<\/p>\n

The West London club conceded in injury time when Kai Havertz found the back of the net. Liam Rosenior\u2019s men ended up losing the match by a 1-0 scoreline.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Chelsea<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Gunners.<\/p>\n

GK: Robert Sanchez \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made one solid save at the back but failed to keep a clean sheet<\/p>\n

CB: Wesley Fofana \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fofana cleared his lines when he could and made one good run with the ball.<\/p>\n

CB: Trevoh Chalobah \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He put his foot through the ball when required and was a threat at the other end of the field.<\/p>\n

CB: Jorrel Hato \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hato made some crucial clearances inside his half and was replaced in the 59th minute.<\/p>\n

RM: Malo Gusto \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He performed his defensive duties well but struggled to catch the eye in the Chelsea half.<\/p>\n

CM: Moises Caicedo \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Caicedo caught the eye at times on both ends of the pitch.<\/p>\n

CM: Andrey Santos \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He protected his backline well but failed to impress going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Enzo Fernandez \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fernandez caused some headaches for the opposition defenders but failed to register a goal.<\/p>\n

LM: Marc Cucurella \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.<\/p>\n

Delap failed to prove his worth in the final third and was replaced at the hour mark.<\/p>\n

He was quiet for most of his time on the field and there was no goal for him tonight.<\/p>\n
