Leeds United clashed heads with Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Whites made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 31st minute thanks to Anton Stach\u2019s excellent effort. Daniel Farke\u2019s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Tammy Abraham scored the equaliser for the Villans in the 88th minute. The contest ended with the West Yorkshire club earning a hard-fought 1-1 draw away from home.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Leeds United<\/a> player performed during the clash against the Villans.<\/p>\n

GK: Karl Darlow \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a few solid saves at the back, but would be disappointed after conceding such a late goal.<\/p>\n

RB: James Justin \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Justin gave a good account of himself when defending inside his half.<\/p>\n

CB: Ethan Ampadu \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He performed his defensive duties well and made one good chance going forward.<\/p>\n

CB: Pascal Struijk \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Struijk was a rock at the back and made one good run with the ball.<\/p>\n

CB: Joe Rodon \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He put his foot through the ball when he could and won a couple of aerial duels.<\/p>\n

LB: Gabriel Gudmundsson \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gudmundsson was a positive influence at both ends of the field.<\/p>\n

RM: Jayden Bogle \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caught the eye at times on the right flank.<\/p>\n

CM: Ilia Gruev \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gruev came back to defend when he could, but offered very little in the final third.<\/p>\n

CM: Anton Stach \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He caused a lot of problems for his marker and managed to score the opener with a spectacular hit.<\/p>\n

LM: Brenden Aaronson \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aaronson made one decent run with the ball but failed to find the back of the net.<\/p>\n

ST: Dominic Calvert-Lewin \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was a real handful for the opposition defenders and led the line well for the Whites today.<\/p>\n
