In a recent report<\/a>, Bild (subscription required) stated that Manchester City<\/a> are facing stiff competition for Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown. It is understood that the Mancunian giants would have to compete with Arsenal and Liverpool in the race to land the German talent next summer.<\/p>\n

Brown\u2019s Impressive Form In The Bundesliga<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Brown is having a decent campaign at the German club after he put in a series of impressive displays for them on the left flank. The 22-year-old has registered three goals and earned six assists in 31 matches for Eintracht Frankfurt this season across all competitions.<\/p>\n

The German talent is currently among the best young full-backs in the Bundesliga. Hence, Man City would do well to win the race for his services next summer.<\/p>\n

His current contract at the German club will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for Pep Guardiola to sign him on a cut-price deal later this year.<\/p>\n

Manchester City Are Facing Stiff Competition For Brown: Is He Worth The Fight?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Brown is a good tackler of the ball and can scan the danger well to secure the ball back for his team inside his half. He doesn\u2019t mind putting his foot through the ball when needed and can create some inviting chances for his teammates from the left flank.<\/p>\n

The German talent can strike the ball with power from long range and is a decent dribbler with the ball at his feet. Brown is primarily a left-back but can also fill in as a left-winger if asked to do so. However, only time will tell whether he can make a smooth transition to life in the Premier League<\/a> if Man City manage to get a deal over the line for him later this summer.<\/p>\n

We can expect Brown to add more quality and depth to Pep Guardiola\u2019s frontline. He is good enough to compete for a regular first-team spot at the Mancunian club in the coming years.<\/p>\n
