In a recent report<\/a>, Spanish news outlet El Pais revealed that Sunderland<\/a> are showing interest in Osasuna winger Victor Munoz this summer. It has been mentioned that the Black Cats are eyeing a move to sign the Spanish wide player after failing to land him in January.<\/p>\n

Munoz\u2019s Impressive Form In La Liga<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Munoz has enjoyed a decent run of form at the Spanish club in this campaign as he has put in a string of impressive displays for them in the final third. The 22-year-old has scored six goals and earned five assists in 31 matches for Osasuna this season in multiple competitions.<\/p>\n

The Spanish talent is currently one of the most gifted wingers in La Liga. Hence, it is no surprise that the Black Cats are eyeing a move to bring him to the Stadium of Light.<\/p>\n

His current contract at Osasuna will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for Sunderland to consider in this upcoming transfer period.<\/p>\n

Should Sunderland Boss Regis Le Bris Snap Munoz Up?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Munoz is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the vision to engineer a few inviting chances for his teammates to find the back of the net.<\/p>\n

The Spanish talent can shoot the ball with venom from long range and can contribute by scoring and creating a handful of important goals for his team. He is primarily a left-winger but can also fill in as a right-sided wide player or as a centre-forward if required.<\/p>\n

We can expect Munoz to bring more quality and depth to Sunderland boss Regis Le Bris\u2019 attack. He has what it takes to fight for a regular first-team spot at the Wearside club in the coming seasons.<\/p>\n
