Manchester City entertained Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a win at home in the FA Cup. The Mancunian outfit made a good start to the game and scored the opener in the 39th minute when Erling Haaland converted his penalty. Haaland scored again in the latter stages of the first half as Pep Guardiola\u2019s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

Antoine Semenyo scored his side\u2019s third goal in the 50th minute before Haaland completed his hat-trick in the 57th minute. The match ended with Man City securing a dominant 4-0 win at the Etihad.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Manchester City<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Reds.<\/p>\n

GK: James Trafford \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made his fair share of saves during the game and did enough to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

RB: Mathus Nunes \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nunes did what was required of him defensively this afternoon.<\/p>\n

CB: Abdukodir Khusanov \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He didn\u2019t do much wrong on the defensive end of the field.<\/p>\n

CB: Marc Guehi \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guehi did his fair share of defending and did enough to keep Hugo Ekitike quiet.<\/p>\n

LB: Nico O\u2019Reilly \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He came back to defend when needed and linked up play well inside the opponent\u2019s half.<\/p>\n

CM: Rodri \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rodri anchored the midfield with conviction and was a good presence on the ball.<\/p>\n

He used his pace well at times and did well to score in the 50th minute.<\/p>\n

Haaland bagged another hat-trick, which helped Man City earn a convincing win this afternoon. He deserves to be named the man of the match.<\/p>\n

He struggled to influence the game.<\/p>\n
