Nottingham Forest locked horns with Porto at the Estadio do Dragao earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on their travels in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League quarterfinal clash. The Premier League side made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 11th minute when William Gomes found the back of the net. However, Nottingham equalised thanks to an unfortunate own goal from Martim Fernandes just a couple of minutes later. The two teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.<\/p>\n

Both sides cancelled each other out in the second 45 minutes as Nottingham secured a hard-fought 1-1 draw away from home.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Nottingham<\/a> player fared during the clash against Porto.<\/p>\n

GK: Stefan Ortega \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a lot of important saves during the game and did well to limit the opposition to just one goal.<\/p>\n

RB: Nicolas Dominguez \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dominguez performed his defensive duties well and made one good chance going forward.<\/p>\n

CB: Zach Abbott \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He put his foot through the ball when needed on the defensive end of the field.<\/p>\n

CB: Murillo \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Murillo failed to impress in the first half and was replaced at the half-time interval.<\/p>\n

He worked his socks off but lacked quality in the opponent\u2019s half.<\/p>\n

Gibbs-White managed to shine at times, but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

He made a few dangerous runs with the ball.<\/p>\n
