Manchester United faced off against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a solid start to the game and took the lead in the 43rd minute when Matheus Cunha found the back of the net. Michael Carrick\u2019s men were leading 1-0 at the half-time interval.<\/p>\n

The Mancunian club defended their lead well in the second half and secured a narrow 1-0 win away from home.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Manchester United<\/a> player fared during the clash against the Blues.<\/p>\n

GK: Senne Lammens \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lammens made one good save at the back and did enough to keep a clean sheet tonight.<\/p>\n

RB: Diogo Dalot \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He cleared the danger when he could and won a couple of aerial duels.<\/p>\n

CB: Noussair Mazraoui \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maraoui dealt with the danger when needed and did enough to keep a clean sheet.<\/p>\n

CB: Ayden Heaven \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field.<\/p>\n

LB: Luke Shaw \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shaw made a lot of crucial clearances inside his half and struggled to impress going forward.<\/p>\n

CM: Casemiro \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He anchored the midfield with conviction, but struggled to influence the game in the final third.<\/p>\n

CM: Kobbie Mainoo \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mainoo offered solid protection for his teammates at the back but lacked quality on the ball.<\/p>\n

RW: Bryan Mbeumo \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mbeumo looked a real threat on the counter but failed to register a goal.<\/p>\n

CAM: Bruno Fernandes \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He engineered a few inviting chances in the final third and has got an assist to show for his efforts.<\/p>\n

LW: Matheus Cunha \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cunha scored the only goal of the game with a good strike late in the first half.<\/p>\n

ST: Benjamin Sesko \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He worked hard but was quiet for most of his time on the field.<\/p>\n
