On the latest edition of Football Insider\u2019s Transfer Insider podcast<\/a>, journalist Pete O\u2019Rourke claimed that Manchester United are keeping tabs on Bournemouth youngster Eli Junior Kroupi this summer. O\u2019Rourke said,<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously we know with Bournemouth, they\u2019ve had their difficulties trying to keep hold of their best players.<\/p>\n

\u201cBournemouth know if the big clubs come calling, they\u2019re going to find it really hard to keep hold of them and they will sell at the right price.<\/p>\n

\u201cKroupi has been a real revelation for Bournemouth this season. He scored in both meetings against Manchester United this season as well, so there\u2019s no surprise that they will be keen.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut yeah, I think you\u2019re talking about \u00a350-60million.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Bournemouth, although they don\u2019t want to lose him, if a big money offer comes in for him, I\u2019m sure it\u2019s something that they will sit down and consider.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kroupi\u2019s Impressive Rise In English Football<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kroupi has managed to shine at times with his performances for the Cherries in the final third during this game. The 19-year-old has banged in ten goals in 30 matches for Bournemouth this season across various competitions.<\/p>\n

His current deal at the Vitality Stadium will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it tough for the English club to sign him on the cheap later this year.<\/p>\n

Manchester United Are Keeping Tabs On Kroupi: Is He A Prospect For The Future?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kroupi is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make a few driving runs with it out in the wide areas. He has got the vision to create some decent chances for his teammates in the final third and can strike the ball with power from long range.<\/p>\n

The French talent can contribute by scoring his fair share of goals up top. Kroupi is primarily a centre-forward but can also play as a left-winger or as an attacking midfielder if told to do so. He already knows the Premier League<\/a> and won\u2019t take much time to adjust to life in England.<\/p>\n

Kroupi would no doubt enhance the quality of Man United<\/a> boss Michael Carrick\u2019s attack. He is good enough to challenge for a regular first-team spot at the Mancunian club in the coming years.<\/p>\n

At 19, the future looks quite bright for Kroupi as long as he continues to improve with each season. He is undoubtedly a prospect to watch out for in the future, so Man United would be wise to bring him on board soon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
