After ha<\/span>ving a holiday of 10 odd days, West Ham United locked horns with Brentford in the Premier League. Despite all the time to prepare for the match, the former faced a 1-0 defeat and <\/span>continued to struggle<\/span> around the relegation zone.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s an alarming situation considering that the Hammers will be playing against Arsenal next week. Without any further ado, let\u2019s get to the ratings of the West Ham United players.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alphonse Ar\u00e9ola<\/a> (8\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> Made plenty of good saves otherwise the scoreline could\u2019ve been humiliating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aaron Wan-Bissaka (6\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> Could\u2019ve offered a lot more on the field in both aspects of the game.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konstantinos Mavropanos (6\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> A slow start into the game but grew as the time passed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Max Kilman (5\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> Struggled badly in the first half but returned to a good level once he got the break.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emerson (4\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> A poor display from Emerson and he has let his team down somewhere as his mistake cost a goal to the opponents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Edson \u00c1lvarez<\/a> (6\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> Should\u2019ve put more effort in the middle of the park. The midfielder <\/span>clearly<\/span> failed to leave an impact on the game.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tom\u00e1\u0161 Sou\u010dek (5\/10)<\/span> \u2013<\/span><\/strong> He has the same story as Alvarez <\/span>as he<\/span> was bypassed at times<\/span> with ease<\/span>, which made things easier for the opponents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Carlos Soler (4\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> A disappointing game for the Spanish midfielder who was taken off at half-time rightfully.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucas Paquet\u00e1 (6\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> Started as a centre-forward but was struggling evidently. Once he returned to the midfield, he got better and better.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mohammed Kudus (5\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> He was trying a lot on the field but none worked for him. <\/span>Needs<\/span> to improve his services in the final third.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jarrod Bowen<\/a> (6\/10) \u2013<\/span><\/strong> An off day for him as fans <\/span>do<\/span> expect a lot more from his end on the field.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
