Liverpool will be travel away to lock horns with Aston Villa in a Premier League fixture this week. The former side secured a comfortable 2-1 lead against the Wolves in their <\/span>recent most<\/span> game and will be high in confidence for sure.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Reds <\/span>are leading<\/span> the domestic points table with 60 points after 25 rounds of play. They do have a comfortable lead of seven points. They will surely be focused on collecting another three points and leave no space for others to catch up.<\/span><\/p>\n

Without any surprise in the bag, Alisson Becker<\/a> continues to don the gloves for the Reds between the sticks. Right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold had a dismal performance against Wolves and will look to redeem himself this week.<\/span><\/p>\n

The centre-back duo of Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate should remain intact for this fixture. <\/span>No<\/span> change at the left-back position as Andrew Robertson continues to provide his services from there.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister are likely to be deployed in the middle of the park yet again. With Curtis Jones<\/a> suspended for this game, Dominik Szoboszlai becomes an obvious choice for the attacking midfielder role.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attack<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mohamed Salah is playing on the right flank with Luis Diaz providing <\/span>his<\/span> services from the other side of the pitch. Arne Slot<\/a> could prefer naming Diogo Jota as the number nine on the team sheet yet again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joe Gomez and Tyler Morton are unavailable due to injuries while Cody Gakpo is doubtful after picking up a knock against Everton.<\/span><\/p>\n
