According to\u00a0<\/span>Fichajes<\/span><\/a>, Manchester City are highly interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) midfielder Joao Neves next summer. However, the Premier League club will face stiff competition from Real Madrid and <\/span>a few<\/span> other clubs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jo\u00e3o Neves<\/a> came through Benfica and joined PSG in the summer of 2024. <\/span>In a short time, he has <\/span>managed to impress everyone and establish<\/span> a position for himself. His continuous solid performances have attracted eyeballs from multiple clubs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Neves has already scored four goals in 36 games apart from providing nine assists. He <\/span>is averaging<\/span> 2.5 tackles, 0.9 interceptions, and 0.7 clearances per game (stats via <\/span>whoscored<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

The Portuguese midfielder is an intelligent and cool-minded player. He has incredible defensive traits as he mostly plays in a deep-lying role. <\/span>However, he is also effective <\/span>going forward<\/span>, contributing to goal creation <\/span>directly<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
