Chelsea entertained Djurgarden at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a win in the second leg of their UEFA Europa Conference League semifinal tie. The Blues made a bright start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 38th minute when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall found the back of the net. Enzo Maresca\u2019s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.<\/p>\n

The West London club sat on their lead well in the second half and earned a narrow 1-0 win (5-1 win on aggregate) in front of their home fans.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at how each Chelsea<\/a> player fared during the contest against Djurgarden.<\/p>\n

GK: Filip Jorgensen \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He made a few important saves during the game and kept a clean sheet tonight.<\/p>\n

RB: Malo Gusto \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gusto didn\u2019t do much wrong when defending inside his half but lacked quality on the ball.<\/p>\n

CB: Tosin Adarabioyo \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He maintained a good shape on the defensive third of the field and would be pleased with the clean sheet.<\/p>\n

CB: Benoit Badiashile \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Badiashile was hardly tested defensively and was a strong presence in the air.<\/p>\n

LB: Josh Acheampong \u2013 7.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Acheampong put in a lively display on the left flank.<\/p>\n

RM: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was good on the ball and took his goal well in the first half which proved to be the difference between the two sides tonight.<\/p>\n

CM: Reece James \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

James distributed the ball well but struggled to make an impact in the final third.<\/p>\n

CM: Marc Cucurella \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He did well to fill in as a midfielder in the first half.<\/p>\n

LM: Jadon Sancho \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sancho made some driving runs with the ball but there was no goal for him.<\/p>\n

CAM: Reggie Walsh \u2013 7\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

The talented teenager was composed on the ball and put in a good performance in the final third.<\/p>\n

ST: Tyrique George \u2013 8\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

George caught the eye at times in the opposition half and picked up an assist for setting up Dewsbury-Hall\u2019s goal.<\/p>\n

ST: Shim Mheuka \u2013 6.5\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mhueka held possession up well for his team.<\/p>\n

LB: Genesis Antwi \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n

He put in a nice cameo off the bench.<\/p>\n

CB: Trevoh Chalobah \u2013 6\/10<\/strong><\/p>\n
