Barack Obama said the repeal would leave Americans \u201cless safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change \u2013 all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money\u201d. Newsom told reporters at the World Economic Forum in Davos last month that he \u201cshould have brought a bunch of knee pads\u201d for all the world leaders.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the split in Europe? <\/strong>Some are in the same camp as the French president, Emmanuel Macron, who says the continent should employ a more defiant diplomacy with Trump. Asked by Weijia Jiang of CBS News on Thursday whether he had \u201cfired or disciplined that staffer who posted the video from your account that included the Obamas\u201d, Trump said he had
