How to knit moss stitch /seed stitch back and forth

In this DROPS video we show how to knit seed (moss) stitch back and forth.

Row 1 (the right side): knit 1 stitch, purl 1 stitch
Row 2 (the wrong side): purl over knitted stitch, knit over purled stitch
Repeat row 2. A purled stitch looks like a knot, a knitted stitch looks like a V.
