Create Multi-Step Conversations: Design conversations that change based on user inputs, much like a flowchart.
Predefine Events and Actions: Set up triggers that prompt the chatbot to perform specific actions, such as asking for an email address or posing a question.
Mandatory User Inputs: Collect essential information by making certain inputs required, ensuring you gather the data you need.
Dynamic User Experience: Enhance engagement by providing personalized interactions that adapt to each user’s choices.
