Nearby the Spilve business aviation airfield and the Port territory are located.<br \/>\nSpilve new centre is the part of Riga City development strategy and it is included in the conception of the riverside development.<br \/>\nThe site location at the edge of the river with direct and quick access to the Baltic sea is very unique.
