But we see that changing now with the just opened EV charging hub in Winchester – the company’s biggest with 44 DC rapid chargers (manufactured by BYD), and arguably most innovative, featuring a solar farm consisting of 870 PV panels and on-site battery storage with 960kW/4MWh total capacity!
This setup enables cheaper charging, dropping as low as 50p / kWh during off-peak times!
