Today we are at the REI Expo where UTL has showcased all their latest products. We’ll learn about them in detail from their representative Mr. Siddharth.
He explains their Off-Grid inverter range first:
The range starts from the Sunlus Pro series up to Gamma Plus models.
Sunlus Pro is suitable for lower capacity requirements, available from 700 VA to 1100 VA.
It features an RMPPT charger which even charges the battery at low voltage input (90V–100V).
Another advantage: It supports both 12V and 24V solar panels, which many traditional inverters on’t.
Next is the PWM series, available from 800 VA to 3.5 kVA:
Comes with a PWM charge controller.
Supports Lead-Acid and Lithium-Ion batteries.
3-year onsite warranty.
Display and battery modes can be customized.
Can be installed even without solar panels initially and upgraded later.
Then the Gamma Series:
RMPPT-based pure sine wave inverters.
Popular models range from 1 kVA to 3 kVA (24V/48V).
Supports Lead-Acid, Tubular, and Lithium batteries.
User can select the priority mode: Solar First or Grid First.
Maximum Off-Grid setup can go up to 120 kVA.
Hybrid Inverter Range:
Available in Low Frequency (3 kVA to 50 kVA) and High Frequency (3 kW to 10 kW) variants.
5-year warranty on hybrid inverters.
High-frequency models support:
Parallel operation (multiple inverters can be synced).
Battery-less operation (can run like On-Grid).
Grid export feature.
