On The Scene: SM Supermalls has unveiled the country’s largest rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system on a commercial building, Thursday. The Sy-led company now aims to reach a total of 100 megawatt power capacity across its malls by the end of the year. Located at SM Fairview in Quezon City, the new PV system has a 3.785-MW peak power capacity and can produce up to 5,960 MWh of power annually.
