Solar panels transfigure daily life at Northeast Portland tiny home village

Over two decades after it was founded, a network of solar panels now power Dignity Village in Northeast Portland, plus 100 low-income homes nearby. It’s a product of the Portland Clean Energy Fund, or PCEF.
