I just got back from 7 days at Burning Man, living in the Nevada desert with nothing but what I could fit inside my Tesla Model Y. No RV, no generator, no gas — just solar panels, batteries, and a tent.

This year I went solo, and it turned out to be way harder than I imagined. Between 60 mph windstorms, surprise rain, endless dust, and the challenge of keeping my EV charged 100 miles from the nearest Supercharger, survival felt like an engineering experiment in radical self-reliance.
