I’ve been converting my storage shed into a yard office, which I have named Solar Shed 2.0—and with EcoFlow’s Delta Pro Ultra X and Smart Home Panel 3, this little building is becoming a serious Off-grid structure that could basically power my house. I will walk you through the first full day of solar power and test to see how much energy we can recoup into the 24 kWh battery during a sunny fall day.
In this video, I show the full setup and real results: mounting ~6 kW of used panels on the shed roof, wiring up the 32 circuit Smart Home Panel 3 (licensed electrician recommended), and using the Delta Pro Ultra X for both daily off-grid power and backup power for any unexpected home outages—where the new 30A/50A 240 V outputs and 12 kW power capability shine. I also walk through the PV side (two MPPTs up to 10 kW, 80–500 V), my 14×410 W (7S2P), and the day’s solar results (just under 20 kWh on a sunny fall day).
