are your outdoor solar lights not charging because the panels are covered in a white cast or otherwise too damaged to charge? let’s look at a couple ways to clean them. a solvent and/or toothpaste, i recommend the toothpaste as the solvent can damage the plastic of the solar panel but both seem to work.
