That is why today we visited Eastman\u2019s solar panel manufacturing plant to see how high-quality solar panels are produced step by step.<\/p>\n<p>Eastman offers a wide range of solar panels using advanced technology.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Solar panels available from 40W to 590W with modern TOPCon technology<br \/>\u25cf 550W DCR solar panels used in government subsidy schemes<br \/>\u25cf High-quality panels suitable for residential, commercial, and EPC projects<\/p>\n<p>Let us understand the complete manufacturing process as explained by the Quality Head.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Raw Material &#038; Cell Preparation<\/p>\n<p>The process begins with issuing raw materials as per the daily production plan.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Solar cells are loaded into the fully automatic tabbing and stringer machine<br \/>\u25cf Laser cutting and CCD inspection check for cracks or internal defects<br \/>\u25cf Defective cells are automatically separated<br \/>\u25cf Cells are cut according to the required panel model (for example, 182mm cells cut into half cells)<\/p>\n<p>Only defect-free cells move forward in the production line.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf String Formation &#038; Soldering<\/p>\n<p>After cutting and inspection:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Cells are connected in series to form strings<br \/>\u25cf For a 550W, 144-cell model, 12 cells are joined in one string<br \/>\u25cf IR lamps are used for precise soldering<br \/>\u25cf Automatic robots handle placement and movement<\/p>\n<p>Each string undergoes EL (Electroluminescence) testing and visual inspection to detect hidden micro-cracks or defects.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Glass, EVA &#038; Grading<\/p>\n<p>Quality control is done at multiple stages:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Visual inspection after lamination<br \/>\u25cf EL testing for hidden defects<br \/>\u25cf Panels are graded as A Grade, B Grade, or Rework<br \/>\u25cf Grading stickers are applied for identification<\/p>\n<p>This ensures that any issue is detected immediately, preventing large-scale defects.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Framing &#038; Junction Box Installation<\/p>\n<p>After quality approval:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Aluminum frame is fitted using automated machines<br \/>\u25cf Junction box is installed and soldered<br \/>\u25cf Panels are kept for curing for 4 hours at controlled temperature and humidity<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Power Testing (Sun Simulator &#038;
