After cleaning and testing the individual output, I walk through the wiring configuration required to power my off-grid camper and replace my noisy generator.<br \/>Technical Specifications<\/p>\n<p>    Panels: 10 used units rated for 110W, 40V, and 3.84A.<\/p>\n<p>    Charge Controller: Outback Flexmax 80 with a 150V open-circuit limit.<\/p>\n<p>    Battery: 12V 300Ah LiFePO4 (planning to parallel a second for 600Ah total).<\/p>\n<p>    Wiring Fix: Corrected a 360V series mistake by rewiring into three banks of three panels (3S3P), bringing the input to ~116V at 6.5A.<\/p>\n<p>    Controller Settings: Configured for Lithium with a 14.6V absorption and 13.4V float.<\/p>\n<p>Project Goals<\/p>\n<p>Currently, running the generator costs approximately $3 per day in fuel.
