We believe that students need two ingredients to grow: EVENTS & PROCESS. In order to train student leaders, we cannot simply host an “event” on a campus, we must include a leadership mentoring process, that follows the event to provide support and accountability and ensure their growth.

EVENTS
-Encourage decisions
-Motivate people
-Are a calendar issue
-Usually about a big group
-Challenge Students
-Becomes a catalyst
-Easy

PROCESS
-Encourage development
-Matures People
-Is a consistency issue
-Usually about a small group
-Changes Students
-Becomes a culture
-Difficult
